5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. AquaNature does not store card or banking credentials. EMI/Pay Later charges are governed by the payment provider.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. AquaNature is not responsible for courier delays or events beyond our control.

7. Inspection & Unboxing

Customers must inspect deliveries immediately. A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for claims involving damage, missing items, wrong products or leakage, especially for filters, pumps, lights, CO₂ systems, aquarium equipment and liquid products.

8. Product Installation

Customers must verify compatibility and test equipment before installation. Improper installation, misuse, dry running, electrical faults or modifications may void warranty.

9. Claims

Claims for transit damage, manufacturing defects, missing accessories or wrong products must be reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video and photographs.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Governed by the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customized products, live fish, aquatic plants and perishable products may not be returnable unless incorrectly supplied or damaged.

11. Warranty

Only products specifically mentioning warranty are covered. Warranty is governed by the manufacturer. Customers may need to contact the manufacturer directly and bear shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Warranty excludes physical damage, misuse, water ingress, electrical fluctuations, unauthorized repairs and normal wear.

12. CO₂ Cylinder Safety

Refill CO₂ cylinders only as per manufacturer recommendations. AquaNature is not responsible for damage caused by overfilling or improper handling.

13. Liquid Products

Minor traces of liquid inside protective packaging due to transit pressure may occur and do not necessarily indicate damage. Significant leakage will be reviewed for replacement or compensation.

14. Aquarium Livestock

Survival of live fish, shrimp and plants depends on aquarium conditions and handling after delivery. AquaNature cannot guarantee survival after delivery.

15. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, not misuse the website, upload malicious software or place fraudulent orders.

16. Intellectual Property Rights

All content including logos, product images, graphics, videos, text and website design belongs to AquaNature or is used with permission. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

17. Disclaimer

Products must be used according to manufacturer instructions. AquaNature is not liable for injury, livestock loss, property damage or consequential losses arising from misuse or improper installation.

18. Limitation of Liability

AquaNature’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

21. Force Majeure
